It has been stated in the FAQ that the requirement to prepare this report is specified under Regulation 32(2)(f) of the SEBI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It shall actually read as Regulation 34(2)(f) of the SEBI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
