Directors to declare on personal disqualifications too in DIR-8

   In respect of revised DIR 8 w.e.f. 23.01.2023, kindly advise whether we need to take declaration in new format from the existing directors for the remaining period of financial year 22-23 or the same can be taken at the time of annual declaration.

     DIR-8 is obtained at the time of appointment as director and annually thereafter. Therefore, DIR-8 in new format will be obtained for forthcoming annual declarations & appointments made after 23.01.2023. Revised declarations from existing directors for FY 22-23 shall not be required.
