    Thankyou so much for sharing such elaborate FAQ. Though I have still a doubt. My company is a private company and its article of association has nothing mentioned about dematerialization of shares. can I get it dematerialized without amending as its the consequences of new law and law will prevail over the AOA or I need to amend AOA first then get it dematerialized .
