
Megha is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and a Practising, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries. Her interest lies in the fields of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, corporate restructuring, litigation matters, and also regularly appears before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
