After a satisfying career spanning almost 20 years in credit risk analysis, Kalpesh is on the path towards making a transition to the not-for-profit sector and social enterprises. Leading ICRA’s Structured Finance Ratings team for over 10 years, has helped him to hone his people management, communication, problem solving and general administration skills.

Presently, Kalpesh functions as an independent professional, providing advice on securitisation strategy, transaction structuring, analysis of structured debt and cashflow modelling.
