Ms. Shampita Das is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has obtained her Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University. She joined VKCPL in September 2013 as an Associate. She has exposure in both Academic and Corporate sectors and takes keen interest in undertaking research work in varied fields. She has upper hand knowledge of compliances under the Companies Act and the SEBI Regulations. At VKPCL, her work domain includes areas of Leasing, Mergers and Amalgamations, Factoring and NBFCs. She takes active participation in Corporate Law matters as well.
Shampita has been incidental in writing of a book titled ‘Management Case Studies on the Life Sciences Products of DRDO’, during her previous association with XLRI, Jamshedpur. During her tenure with us, Shampita has co-authored two articles, one of which has been published in the international domain.
