Kanakprabha is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She secured All India Ranks consecutively throughout all the stages of the Company Secretaries examination.
Her interest lies in the fields of the non-banking financial regulations, leasing, housing finance, corporate laws, KYC and AML compliances, fintechs etc.
She has authored several articles on various topics of finance and corporate laws published at websites of several publishers such as Taxman, Indiacorplaw, Moneylife etc.
