Ms. Payal Agarwal

Payal is an associate member of ICSI and a commerce graduate from Calcutta University. 

Payal is the Editor of the book, Corporate Governance: Miles Travelled and Miles to Go, published by Lexis Nexis, containing elaborate commentary on corporate governance principles and practices. She has also assisted in authoring the book Practitioners’ Guide to CSR, the 29th edition of Tannan’s Banking Law & Practice by Vinod Kothari, a Lexis Nexis publication and Law and Practice of Non-Banking Financial Companies, a LexisNexis publication. She authored a White Paper on Green Securitisation.

Her articles have been published in various celebrated journals such as Chartered Secretary, Taxmann, corporate blogs such as LSI, IndiaCorplaw Blog, Windpro magazine, etc. 

She is also a regular speaker, and has deliberated on topics of corporate interest, including listing regulations, insider trading, CSR, company deposits, etc.
