Mr. Aman Nijhawan is a commerce graduate from Kanpur University and an Associate member of the ICSI in addition he is also pursuing MBA from Symbiosis University. He is currently working as Manager with Vinod Kothari & Company. His expertise areas include providing opinions and advisory in matters connected to Company Law, SEBI and also he has been involved in conducting of secretarial audits for various reputed companies. Apart from this he has authored several articles which have been published online as well as off-line.
