Ms. Pammy Jaiswal is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a member of the ICSI’s Core Group comprising of experts in the field of financial and capital markets. She is also a member of various committees of ICSI, EIRC.

Her expertise lies in the field of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, corporate social responsibility, share-based employee benefits, sustainability reporting, etc. She has been advising listed entities and other companies for nearly a decade on intricacies of corporate laws. 

She is the author of a popular publication titled  The Practitioner’s Guide to Corporate Social Responsibility (published in 2023). She has also  co-authored a book titled The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2017 – A Comprehensive Analysis. Apart from this, she has also contributed to several other publications such as Corporate Governance: Miles Travelled and Miles to Go, published by Lexis Nexis, Company Law: Exploring Procedural Dimensions, published by ICSI, Board Diversity – Indian and Global Perspectives & Best Practices, published by ICSI and Financial Statements – Understanding and Analysis, published by ICSI. She has written several articles which have been published on various blogs, journals, websites, etc., including The Chartered Secretary, Taxmann, IndiaCorpLaw, LawStreet India, ICSI, ASSOCHAM’s CRA-E-Bulletin, etc..

She is a prolific speaker at professional forums including ICSI-EIRC and its various chapters, ICAI-EIRC, Central council of ICAI, ICSI-NIRC, various Chartered Accountants’ Study Circles, study groups such as Views Exchange, ACAE, DTPA, Madhya Kolkata Study Circle etc. She has also been a regular illustrious speaker at various meetings of the ASSOCHAM.

Pammy has conducted public and private workshops on CSR, business responsibility and sustainability reporting, listing regulations, related party transactions, etc.
