Ms. Barsha Dikshit is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her core area of practice is Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

She is actively involved in advising companies w.r.t. corporate restructuring, resolution services and corporate law advisory.  She has written articles which have been published in magazines such as Corporate Professionals Today, Taxmann etc.. Also, her write-ups on corporate law and insolvency law  related topics have been featured on sites viz. Indiacorplaw, moneylife etc.

She has also been a lecturer at Eastern Region of Institute of Company Secretaries of India on corporate restructuring matters, at workshops conducted by ICSI IIP on perspectives of IBC, and appears regularly before NCLTs.
