Ms. Munmi Phukon, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She is currently holding the position of Partner at Vinod Kothari & Company.

Her expertise lies in the field of corporate and securities laws, general corporate advisory matters and FEMA matters and compliances.

She had authored various articles on corporate and securities law related topics which have been published on various websites, blogs and professional magazines including Corporate Professionals Today (CPT), Securities and Corporate Law (SCL), IndiaCorpLaw blog, LiveLaw.in and journals of ICSI.

She has co-authored a book named- A Comprehensive Analysis on the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2017.
