Clean up buyback or call - An option with the originator in securitisation transactions where the originator can buy back the outstanding securitised instruments when the principal outstanding has been substantially amortised, leaving a small uneconomic amount to serviced. Normally, clean up call is exercised when the outstanding principal falls below 10% of the original.
