Abhirup is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His interest lies in the fields of the non-banking financial regulations, leasing, housing finance, corporate debt restructuring, corporate laws, indirect taxation etc.
He has authored over 50 articles on various topics of finance and corporate laws published at several online and offline journals and has been contributors to the following books –
