Re-configuration of cash flows - In a pay through transaction, the SPV does not pay to the investors on the same intervals or subject to the same fluctuations as the underlying receivables. For example, receivables might have monthly pay-ins, but the SPV might be paying on quarterly basis. This is called re-configuration of cash flows.
